Good to be back out
Well after another week of not being to good, with my ever pain in the ass (excuse the pun) bowl/gut issues making me feel week, and nauseous, and then looking after my grand daughter for the entire weekend last weekend with a high fever, as she spent the entire weekend in bed, ( not what a 4 year normally would do), so she must have been pretty bad.
Going further
Gees I did not realise how long it was since I last posted a blog. Time to update on the past week. Well to start with the bike is excellent, and I am now sure I have made the right choice.
Wow 30 minutes quicker
Well I had my first outing on the new bike tonight and wow what a difference it makes. The ride is so much smoother and the hills are at least 50% easier now.
